A Senior Researcher, Cat is responsible for search and placement, talent pipelining and execution for JLR clients. Cat is well connected within the legal profession and is right up to date with current trends in the legal sector.
She is passionate about identifying the best people for great roles in New Zealand, and throughout Australia, UK, Europe and Asia. Prior to joining JLR, Cat specialised in Resource Management Law at top tier law firm Simpson Grierson in Christchurch, where she was involved in several major local authority projects.
Cat manages JLR’s relationships with key global firms to provide New Zealand talent who are looking for international talent. She ensures those opportunities are presented to the New Zealand lawyers looking to head overseas in the near future, enabling an easy transition for lawyers into the global market.
Outside of work Cat loves spending time with family and friends, with good food and wine, or some serenity with a good book and throw.
